Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Rudy Recruit ("Rudy", "we"), an AI recruiting coach for high school athletes and their families. By creating an account you agree to them.

Who can use Rudy

Accounts are for parents or guardians, or athletes 13 and older using Rudy with a parent or guardian's permission. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and is responsible for the account and its subscription.

Your subscription

• New families get a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start it.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged $29 per month, automatically, until you cancel.
• Cancel any time from the Billing link in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. We don't offer partial-month refunds unless required by law.
• We'll tell you in advance before changing the price.

What Rudy is, and isn't

Rudy uses artificial intelligence to suggest schools, draft emails, find camps, and explain recruiting. It can be wrong. Always confirm dates, costs, eligibility rules, and contact details with official sources (the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, the school, or the camp) before acting. Rudy does not guarantee any roster spot, scholarship, offer, or admission, and it is not a substitute for advice from your coaches, school counselors, doctors, or lawyers.

Rudy never contacts coaches or registers for anything on your behalf. You decide what to send and where to go.

Acceptable use

• Only upload content you have the right to share, and only about your own athlete.
• Don't misuse the service, try to break it, or use it for anything other than recruiting.
• We may limit daily use to keep the service fast and fair, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You own what you upload and write. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide Rudy to you. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Liability

Rudy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
