Privacy Policy

Rudy is built for families with high school athletes, so we keep data collection to what coaching requires and never sell personal information.

What we collect

• Account details: email, the parent's name if given, and a securely hashed password.
• Athlete profile: what you choose to enter, such as sport, grad year, stats, grades, goals, and film links.
• Uploads: photos, videos, and documents you add. These are stored privately and are only viewable when you're signed in.
• Your activity in Rudy: schools, camps, email drafts, reports, and conversations with Rudy.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

Only to provide Rudy to your family: to build your school list, draft emails, find camps, write your reports, and answer your questions. Each family's information is used only for that family.

Who processes it

• Anthropic (Claude) generates Rudy's coaching from your information. Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.
• Vercel and Neon host the app, files, and database.
• Stripe processes payments.

We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with colleges, coaches, or advertisers. Rudy never contacts coaches for you.

Minors

Rudy is not for children under 13. Athletes 13 to 17 should use Rudy with a parent or guardian's permission. A parent or guardian can ask us to review or delete their child's information at any time.

Your choices

• Edit or remove profile information and uploads at any time in your dashboard.
• Delete your account from the Profile page. This permanently removes your data and files.
• Email us for a copy of your data or any privacy request.
